Service description
CareReception is an automated clinic communication and appointment operations service. It may use artificial intelligence to understand requests, provide administrative responses, and carry out configured workflows. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment service and does not replace qualified medical professionals.
Clinic responsibility
Clinics are responsible for configuring accurate information, selecting appropriate automation settings, monitoring escalations, and using the service in accordance with applicable laws and professional obligations.
Automated operations
Automated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Clinics authorize CareReception to process communications and perform enabled administrative workflows on their behalf, subject to the controls and limitations available in the service.
No emergency use
This service must not be used for medical emergencies. If you or a patient is experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
