We collect clinic account information, patient names, phone numbers, WhatsApp messages, appointment details, and usage logs solely to operate the CareReception service.

We use data to provide, secure, support, analyze, and improve CareReception, including through automated processing and service providers that help operate the platform. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers and processing
Information may be processed by technology providers acting on our behalf, including hosting, communications, analytics, and AI providers. Processing may occur in other countries, subject to applicable contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Clinic responsibilities
Clinics are responsible for using CareReception lawfully and providing any notices or permissions required for information they submit or make available through the service.
Data deletion and export
Clinic owners can request deletion or export of their data by emailing hello@carereception.com. We will review and process requests as promptly as possible.
